Denise Jud is the Head of Legal Distribution International & CH for Swiss & Global Asset Management and in this role she is responsible for legal and regulatory aspects of international fund distribution covering Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia Pacific and Latin America. She has work experience of 12 years within the financial industry gained in Zurich, Luxembourg, London and Hong Kong. Before joining Julius Baer Asset Management (now Swiss & Global Asset Management) in 2008, she worked in various roles for UBS Global Asset Management and Credit Suisse.
Etienne Carmon is senior business development analyst in CACEIS’s Products & Solutions division, with responsibility for the development of new products and services for the group’s Fund Distribution Services business line. With 24 years' experience in the Transfer Agency market space, Etienne has played a key role in the implementation of CACEIS's Prime TA® solution, a service specifically designed to support asset managers' international fund distribution objectives. Prior to joining CACEIS in 2005, Etienne held positions with responsibility for Transfer Agency activity at EFA, JP Morgan Chase and FETA.
Euan is the Head of Transfer Agency for State Street Global Services, Asia Pacific. He is responsible for all Transfer Agency products and services for both the onshore and offshore ranges, and has more than 20 years of experience in the Transfer Agency field, having worked in Ireland, Australia, Bermuda, Luxembourg and for the last 8 years, Hong Kong. Euan has been with State Street Global Services since March 2013. Prior to joining State Street, he worked with HSBC, JPMorgan, Citibank and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he held roles such as senior manager, Product & Business Development – Transfer Agency; regional head of Transfer Agency, Asia Pacific; and deputy head of Investor Services.
Rakesh has over 20 years of experience in the Securities Market in the areas of Operations, Technology, Finance & Product Management. Rakesh moved to Hong Kong in 2007 to join the regional management team representing the COO & CFO function with a geographical coverage of Asia Pacific. From 2004 - 2007 he was Vice President & Head of Asset Management Operations, ABN AMRO Asset Management India and was responsible for setting up the business operations in India.
Dean Chisholm is Regional Head of Operations for Asia Pacific. In this capacity, he oversees the investment operations and transfer agency functions of Invesco in Asia Pacific. Mr. Chisholm has held a number of operations and internal audit roles in Asia Pacific during his period at INVESCO. Mr. Chisholm is also the Supervisor of Invesco’s Chinese fund management Joint Venture, Statutory Auditor of Invesco Japan and the Supervisor of Invesco Taiwan.
Marco Attilio is in charge of developing the funds business in Asia. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Marco developed in-depth knowledge of capital markets, focusing particularly on cross-border funds distribution processing, securities settlement and asset servicing. In his previous roles Marco actively participated in various industry steering committees and working groups such as Findel, ALFI TASC, ICI/ IOAC, EFAMA FPSG as well as having been the Chairman for the ALFI Standardisation committee.Marco joined SWIFT in 2005 after his experience at JPMorgan, Euroclear, and started his career at MasterCard.
Sebastien has head Calastone Luxembourg office since March 2010 and is responsible for international business development. His career spans fifteen years of experience in the investment fund market. He joined Calastone from Brown Brothers Harriman Limited in London where he was Global Head of Fund Solutions Business Development.
Keith Hale has been with Multifonds since the beginning of 2010. He has over 20 years experience in the securities and investment industry, working for and servicing many of the world’s leading asset managers, service providers and software vendors including Aberdeen Asset Management, Bank of New York Mellon, BNP Paribas, Daiwa Securities, HSBC, Investec and Northern Trust. Keith is part of the Multifonds executive team with global responsibility for client management and new business development across all products. Prior to Multifonds, Keith was head of EMEA at Netik.
Ms Christina Choi is the Senior Director of Policy, China and Investment Products Division of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Her role is to lead the Investment Products Team within the division having responsibility for supervising the authorisation and supervision of collective investment schemes and all other investment products (including unit trusts, mutual funds, ETFs, REITs, QFII and RQFII funds etc) authorised by the Commission under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Paul is responsible for IFDS Asian offshore support service centers in conjunction with State Street as well as further developing the groups’ expansion strategy into additional Asia Pacific local markets. Paul has over twenty five years of financial service experience primarily in administration services with Boston Financial Data Services (BFDS) and he was Senior Vice President responsible for servicing the domestic mutual funds for bank, insurance and financial intermediary distributors.
Mabel Chan is Head of Wholesales Distribution, Asia ex Japan. She is responsible to develop the fund distribution and deliver customized investment solution to global clients in the region. Before joining Henderson Global Investors, she was the Head of Distribution Sales in Asia for UBP Asset Management.
Jessie is responsible for sales and marketing activities of channels business in Asia and Europe. She also play a key role in the company’s new products idea and servicing models design with external vendors including transfer agency and trustee. She has over twenty years of sales management experience with extensive exposure in middle office operation with various financial institutions like Alliance, HSBC, ABN and AIA.
